This quarantine has been challenging for me because I have been through a lot of things.
At the beginning of the quarantine, I was taking classes at the university, in that semester I got some good notes and other not that good that’s why I took the decision of leaving the university and start to work by my own.
was on freelance during some month, they were difficult because on freelance it’s not that easy to get work but I got some lucky and started working on an app for one client this took me some months to realize that been a freelancer is a good experience, but is not something that I want to do at this moment, because I need money stability, and other thing I don’t like its that my stakeholder was asking for a lot of changes and he wasn’t willing to pay for it.
That’s why I started to search for a job of iOS developer it took me a month to get a job, I do some interviews an application to jobs, finally I got hired by a software company to work on Banco Azteca, this was a good job, I started a new application from zero with a totally new team, this was a great challenge.
On December due different factors, the main factor was that I got Covid on the office and the people the didn’t take their health measures, I decided to get a new job.
Again, I got lucky again I send a message to a recruiter from Globant, she was very kind and help me to accomplish this (thank you Sandra). Thanks to her I was starting to work on Globant on January 11, one of my dreamed companies.
This is a great company to work its that great that I always recommend it to my friends (now 10 of my friends decided to work here with me and its great).
Right now, I’m working in a great company and in a great project I’m very happy with this.
Also, in November of 20200 I decide to live with my girlfriend, and it has been great, at the beginning its difficult but then it is good and easy.
I have a lot to say about the quarantine but maybe I will do a blog to do this
I decided to return to the university and finish my degree so suddenly I could be hired by Facebook on day.
